Can I drive an eScooter without a license?

Escooters can only be driven with a car driving license. More specifically, the SEGWAY E110SE can be driven with a car driving license that you have for at least 6 years and be over 27 years old. The same goes for the Seat Mo, with the only difference being that in this case some practical courses are required for driving certification.

What deposit do I have to pay to get an eBike?

Accepted Answer

At instacar, you can rent your electric bike by paying only the agreed monthly rent and nothing more. So, e bikes leasing without deposit is a fact. Apart from the monthly subscription, you will only be asked is the cost of your registration (12 €), which is paid in a lump sum, no matter how many ebikes you change, whenever you decide to proceed in this change.

How long is the contract I sign?

Accepted Answer

During the process of creating the contract you will be asked for an indicative date of return of the eBike, without however the date being binding. Whenever you wish you can return the bike for free and stop your subscription or upgrade the contract you have based on the available options from our fleet.

Question 4

Can I change eBike whenever I want?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can! You notify us that you want to change your eBike and depending on the availability of vehicles in the specific time period we will make the change as soon as possible.
