The company “Instacar Societe Anonyme” with distinctive title “Instacar”, hereinafter to be referred to as the “Company” or “Instacar” or “We”, is a Societe Anonyme which was incorporated and operates legally in accordance with Greek Law. The objects of the Company are lease and sublease of vehicles. The Company is based in Attica Region, Amarousion, 14 Pigasou Street, TIN 801141110, tax authority for commercial authorities, registration number in General Electronic Commercial Registry 150045801000.
The Instacar through its website www.instacar.gr (“Website”) has created an easy-to-use web page, offering all internet users the opportunity to be informed easily and quickly about its services. The use of the Instacar website and the services it offers is subjected to these terms of use, as applicable from time to time. Accessing the website in any way and its browsing creates a presumption of full and unreserved acceptance of these terms of use, in effect at the time of that access. If the User has registered on our website, in compliance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data, we are entitled to send him informative e-mails.

For any dispute that may arise, it is explicitly stipulated that for its resolution, the competent courts will be those of Athens. If, for any reason, any term of these terms of use is deemed invalid or voidable, then it will cease to apply, but without affecting the validity of the other terms of use, which shall remain in full force and effect.
